Horrible customer service, rude people, a lot of hidden charges. I had a car accident and my solicitors hiered me a car from that company. Never use them.
Excellent service throughout my claim handler sam was so good to us. he helped and explained the claim process throughout the claim. Also RTA were great and spoke to me at the beginning and passed me to Sam and progress. Great stuff
Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again if I was in a position where I needed to. Vehicle I was sent was nothing like mine,either in size,spec or fuel type. Sent replacement,again nothing special. Yeah it had a Mercedes badge but again was not of same size as mine. Pretty disappointing service really. Just glad there cars gone back and I can see the back of any involvement with them.

Overall the process took a lot longer than I thought It would but the staff where helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, The first hire car I was in developed a fault but I was swapped quickly into a new car. I did have a few minor complaints during the procedure but they were addressed and resolved really quickly. Overall I think the service and experience were good but there is always room for improvement
