Dishonest fraudsters and absolute liers. I don't advise anybody to buy any policy from this insurance. They are focused on the money, how to steal more.
Do i have to give one star ?? We became victims of arson and lost my wife's wedding present which was a GL350 Mercedes. If this already wasn't bad enough we are now faced with trying to deal with a call center believed to be in India where there is a huge language barrier issue. After several days of trying to achieve some basic information on how we need to proceed with the claim we ended up officially writing to complain however this all went ignored. We have been promised a call back several times within 24 hours which has never materialized. We have then escalated this to the chief executive of the company where we were contacted immediately however we were made further promises that they'd deal with our claim and answer a couple of basic questions the following day however we haven't heard back since and that was 4 days ago. DO NOT TOUCH AT ANY COST
Failed to pay out a claim, to provide a copy of the policy or schedule (despite repeated requests), to return phone calls or to respond to emails - on-going over several years. Utterly useless. By far the worst insurance (of any kind) experience I've had. I'm going to have to raise this with the FCA and take it up with the Obidsman. I strongly recommend that you avoid them.
