When my mum passed away it was a very difficult time, the thought of organising a funeral was something I never imagined I would be able to do. It was extremely daunting and overwhelming. After speaking to a few different funeral directors who listed off prices and features in an impersonal and insensitive way, I was giving up hope of finding someone I felt really understood the stress I was under. Straight from the very first call I knew they were the people I wanted to help organise everything and look after mum.Mark and his wife did such a beautiful job with my mothers funeral, they were extremely sensitive, lovely, caring and helpful. Most of all I felt they had a genuine care for our situation and they did this all whilst keeping prices low and quality high.They helped to ease the stress and pain I was experiencing, all whilst organising a beautiful service, for which I will always be thankful.
