Definitely recommendWhere can I start, but to say from start to finish David was amazing.From the moment I spoke to David on the phone I knew he was the right person, he was the third phone call I had that morning and instantly I warmed to his soft welcoming tone.When we all met him together it was a stress free and supportive experience and I was so relieved and pleased to see that David was the actual funeral director on the day of Ian's funeral. His drivers were lovely too and very courteous and with a warm feeling. David, Kim & Sue were so respectful of our dear Ian R.I.P, all the time keeping in contact with us and making sure they respected our wishes at all times.I was so happy with the way we had all our stress taken away by David and his team from start to finish that as a result I have decided to set up my pre-payment funeral plan with them.
