I went there thinking it was open on a Sunday and of course its closed. Change your opening times on your Google my business page so people like me don't assume you're open on a Sunday as it says on your business page.
I went in to buy some flowers to put on a cake, I knew the flowers I wanted and chose them. The lady told me no they are too big for a cake and was reluctant in selling them to me. She began arguing that I didnt know what I was talking about and then called me rude because I didnt say good morning. They also have this stray cat that runs around the shop. Im allergic to cats and dont expect to go in any shop to be accosted by a stray cat. Theyre also quite over priced.
Was interested in flowers for my wedding and was told there was only one type of blue flower... when I have a family member who previously had a profession with flowers who begged to differ. There was a lot of can'ts and not enough alternatives offered. How can I plan a wedding with a florist who isn't offering alternatives or can offer out a brocher/portfolio?
Needed something special for my Mum's Birthday. Great service and and as you can see from below a special present. My Mum was very happy. Needing two arrangements for our friends funeral. We were still very upset and both ladies in the shop were very sympathetic. We chose two very different types. Dramatic colours and flowers and a basket of soft colours and "meadow flowers" We wrote our cards and I thanked them for their patience with us. Both displays were perfect.
