The flowers for my dad's funeral were really wonderful and the customer service was very good.
I used this florist before and each time I ask myself why do I go there. The bald headed man who works there is rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming and aloof. I would rather travel further afield and pay more for a good service than to feel that I am intruding on his privacy every time I enter his shop. A bit of courtesy to customers would not hurt.
