Rubbish online service. You are better off shopping elsewhere. Everything about their online service is deplorable. I have never had worse in all my time in the UK.
Noticeable change on the shop floor since the takeover. Big change in all departments, vast amount of sport clothing and the home department is very poor. Such a shame
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they don't take vouchers and staff can be rude. But the shop is good. Love Karen Millen, Phase Eight, Mango and Hobbs. Guess I am showing my age!! Lol When I got married I went to Mac and they were great in there. I did my makeup for wedding in there. And they did a great job and not over done!! (Baked is not my style.)
Still a great shop, especially if you don't like shopping all day. Unfortunately looking a bit run down since acquisition by Sports Direct. Sadly staff are less enthusiastic too.
This is a fairly typical House of Fraser department store.It is spacious and bright and airy and appears well stocked.There were only a few customers in the store and it was quite depressing to see the notices advising that the store was to close in amongst the Christmas decorations.I wasn't able to find what I wanted to buy and it was difficult to find a member of staff to talk to.
