The service was a little bit quicker today very impressed.
My complaint relates to the standard of customer service at Argos. I wanted to buy an Apple iPod Touch for a few hundred pounds. Because I'd recently bought a fairly expensive item, I requested credit. This was refused although I showed payslips proving continuous employment and a balance easily big enough to have paid cash if I'd wanted to, as well as evidence of thousands invested elsewhere. Of course I voted with my feet. If Argos treat you like that they shouldn't be in business.
Prices reasonable but service very prompt. Store was fairly quiet. DH
Booked a time slot from 7am to 10am for the specific reason of planning my day around this delivery. Called the call centre three different times with three different answers. the last answer I got was that the driver was running 30 minutes late, that was over an hour ago and I've still not received my order. I dont usually complain but dont give us an option of time slots and then not show up on time with no heads up or any communication. Useless
