Good area for eating and local park

A vandalised dump,the whole place needs a complete refurbishement. Horrible.The cafe is particularly nasty.
Stuffy, claustrophobic and overcrowded. However I gave it an extra star because of the cafe which serves very decent curries at lunch. The coffee there is good too as is service. There could be more rooms for private meetings and some more ventilation. In summer there are no cooling systems or even fans making it suffocating. Parking is horrendous and ridiculously expensive after the closest NCP car park has been closed which means a long walk from another car park which is awful since I have a back condition.
