This court lost my court papers - all of them. I am deaf. The judge insisted I turn off my mobile phone which meant I could not operate my hearing aids. The judge refused to read the papers that the court had lost despite being offered them. The judge prevented me from using the court wifi. I was left able to hear properly during the case. The judge asked me why I had not applied for a judgment against the defendant when refusing me costs when I had. I complained to my MP and the court failed to respond to my MPs original complaint. My MP escalated the complaint to the Ministry of Justice and the Minister, Lucy Frazer MP, admitted that they had received my correspondence and lost it. She signed a personal apology for my treatment by this court.
Incompetent. Don't answer emails. Need to make repeated calls. 'Don't give a Toss ' attitude. If they were a private business they would have gone bust long ago.
Bet u any money if we were calling to pay money they would have a 1000 different advisor to pick up n collect our money but try to call about info n ur neva able to get tru to any1 unacceptable.

Family court judges are fully biased against fathers. There is such thing as impartial judges anymore. avoid this court at costs. fathers please
