Excellent service in buying a used 208 today. From the initial test drive to completing the final paperwork, everything was handled in a knowledgable and courteous manner that left me without any doubts or concerns. Anthony who did the sale was able to answer any questions I had, gave me no pressure in buying, and offered support in the future should any issues arise. Buying a car should always be this easy - great experience.

I recently purchased a brand new 208 from Robins & Day and I have to say there service is outstanding. This was my first time I have ever purchased a brand new car since passing my driving test (I'm 19 years old) and the team were extremely helpful MD knowledgeable especially Rob Davidson and Henry Uzor. Overall I'm very happy with my purchasing experience at Robins & Day and I cannot wait to pick up the car in the next couple of days.
Too many sales staff calling me and service understaffed and constant delays getting warranty faults fixed. Rubbish service. Avoid if you can. It is a shame that these people have a Peugeot franchise.Further to Robins and Day's response:The issue has not been resolved, and the Service Manager personally failed to address the matter on the day, not even having the curtesy to call to say that they had concluded their investigation and that I could collect the van. I did, fortunately, call just before their closing time to find that the van was ready for collection, otherwise I would have lost work the following day.As a side matter, when I had my van serviced Robins and Day delivered the parts 24 hours late. I have not received a sensible reason for this additional failure by a Peugeot franchise holder.Is there any attempt by this organisation to establish a level of customer service that will satisfy users trapped by the warranty requirements? It appears that there is no overall control and procedures are either not in place or are not followed by the staff.
Friendly staff, well informed and catered for your needs, kept us well informed on the process and updated of purchase, everything run smoothly throughout the process and still just as helpful arfter with follow up calls, could not ask for better service, thank you
