Purchased a used 5 series 535d m sport car. All the staff were very friendly, professional, courteous and accommodating. Due to personal reasons they prepared the car a day earlier than agreed with just a few hours notice from me requesting this and was delighted with the presentation of the car. My experience in purchasing my new vehicle from BMW Croydon has been challenging to say the least. It is clear, several areas require significant improvement in the art of 'Customer service'. However once my matters were escalated, the level of service I received met/exceeded my expectations. Disappointing such basic matters required this escalation first!A special thank you to Adele and Richard for your help in changing my views on BMW New Car Sales, or your rating would have been two stars.
My car was back to Cooper Croydon for a recall. The service i received was amazing. Updated on the progress of my car and even the journey my parts were on from Germany. I was kept mobile and i was able to leave my loan car with them and they sorted out all that business for me saving me the trouble.Great service all round again. Thanks to ALL at BMW Croydon.
My car was called back... it took some time to get an appointment as I assume that many cars were part of the recall. I was booked in very quickly and it was a matter of waiting for my car. The job that was to be done was clearly explained and the staff seemed knowledgeable.Cooper's had a large waiting area with cars on display, a flat screen TV and hot and cold beverages that customers could freely have whilst they waited. The building was very clean and welcoming.My car took longer than expected, but no one updated me on what was going on. This was a bit disappointing as all other areas of their service was good. As part of the recall, my car was washed and a health check was done; a video report was sent to my email. I thought this was a really good touch as you were able to see some of the work that had been carried out. On reflection, I amended my rating from 4 to 5 stars.
