They hold a large stock of very good second hand cars. They were recommended to us and we would highly recommend them to others. Salesman helpful and friendly answered all our questions. The car we chose was ready for us to collect and we were taken through the procedures of exchange professionally and in good time. The car is great (so Far).

Very unprofessional and fraudulent staff. When i went in there to view the car, I was simply given the keys, told that the car had been handed over to a girl but she didn't want it so they took it back without the V5C and didn't bother to show me around. Car was priced at 6695 on the website (aa cars) yet the vendor, Ian, pushed it for 6795. Managed to get it down to 6600 and the deal was agreed - told me that the car was already taxed as the girl had paid her tax and couldn't get the money back, it was done, so all I needed to pay was the value of the car - wrong as tax has to be paid on an individual basis. I went out and found a finance agreement, but instead of the agreed price, he said to the finance broker that the car was valued at 6795 so I cancelled it and called Ian back up to find out what was going on, he then lies and tells me that there's a 195 admin fee that carfinance put on the vehicle, I called AA up and they told me he was lying. I then managed to get some sense into him and got it back to the original value of the car 6695 with him still claiming there's an admin fee. On taking the car out, he told me that I'd need to pay the tax and brought up what I do for a job (which I only disclosed for the finance agreement which made me furious as it's one of the mandatory field for the third party finance to be accepted - job title) - He'd use the "You should know this as you're X and should know the laws surrounding sales of cars" complete abuse of data. Especially considering that i told him that I was a new driver and had just passed my driving 4 days prior to the sale - how is one to know every single law in the country, especially being a new driver.Whenever I called them to ask for help or guidance they have been nothing but rude and patronising and not at all professional.I highly recommend you go with some other dealer. Will be calling AA to provide feedback as well and hopefully they can do something about their poor attitude.
