Poor service, wouldn't recommend. Was lucky to get my deposit back before being stuck with a lemon of a car

My first purchase from McCarthy Cars rates as one of my best ever car buying experiences., the salesman couldnt have been more relaxed and accommodating. The car was ready for handover as promised in just a few days and was delivered without issue at the agreed time. Unfortunately the car developed a fault but this didnt prove to be a big issue as the car was promptly booked in to a local independent specialist garage of my choice and the fault was resolved within a couple of days. McCarthy Cars settled the invoice direct with the local specialist I didnt have to get involved in any lengthy claims process. I was very impressed with the after sales service and the way they stood behind the car and had it repaired to a very high standard, quickly and without any quibbles. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another car from McCarthy Cars based on my recent purchase proper customer service a very rare thing these days!
I bought a used Mercedes from this firm a few weeks ago. They were polite, helpful and efficient. So far the car is doing fine and I have been impressed but their attitude and service.
