Very poor, unprofessional even criminal service. I was left with 400 short for the the service not completed and even created a bigger problem with the heating system... Now I need to spend extra time and money to fix their mistakes...One of their mechanics was extremely rude and tried to beat me up as my key chain now is torn... These guys are a shame to be authorized dealers of my favorite car make... Even the Big boss I stead of fixing the problem with the customer who is charged for a unauthorized amount he treated me in the rudest way I have ever seen in my 42 years... Please for the God sake guys do not go there
Bought a car and also paid for additional parts such as windscreen wiper replacements that were damaged, as part of the cost of the car. Went to pick up the car and was told these parts had been ordered and not delivered yet. It took them a month to send off the log book which caused issues with my insurance company. Then called up repeatedly about the additional parts and was met with excuses...apparently it was sent off every 'following Monday' of the last couple months. Still nothing. They could actually be a decent place if they gave any attention to adequate customer service. Ridiculous.
Fair reasonably priced garage. Good mechanics and try to keep costs in reason. Fixed wheel at short notice as well.
