Dont bother with this company i left 3 messages (1 with manger ) to buy a new car and no body bothered to call back !!! oh and yes 3 emails sent and no reply we went to Epson and a wonderful service from sales man Paul and yes brought a new Car So Easy !!!!!!!
If you are thinking of buying from this dealer, then just dont actually for once listen to a google review .I purchased a car from here and was completely messed around by the sales man. To the point I was questioning wanting the car anymore.I spoke to the manager who was completely useless and said he would talk to the sales man, but obviously failed to do so. As I was still being treated the same. Not updated on my cars status, making ME having to chase the progress .No set date given for arrival etc. I never make complaints but this is one I definitely had to make. If you want a Ford go to a different dealer
My Ford Ranger was serviced this WEEK needing an Mot as well. I took it in Monday morning and did not get it back till Thursday evening. Did not get any phone calls giving an ETA of when work would be completed, just how much money to pay. AND to cap it all when picking up my vehicle the wheel nut lock key was missing again. "Why don't you check the car in the daylight" they said. I returned today after checking thoroughly inside the car in the daylight, (they said it was left on the passenger seat). In the end, they found it on the ground in their car park, so you can guess where it was really left. Not impressed.
