At the time of booking i was offered a courtesy car, but when i arrived i was told no cars are available. It would of been nice to be told the day before by a courtesy call. So i ended up waiting 3 hours while they changed the pads and do an MOT. Other than that the it was fine and the guy i who dealt with me was very good.
It was quite clear that the only concern of the salesman was to reach his target, and not to make me feel good.
We went out 2 weeks ago on a weekday to look at a Fiat 500 and at a Mini as we were about to move and thought that we would be in need of a second car.We went to view the Fiat 500 and it certainly is a fun/cute little car and the price was right but the power and the resale price is not very good so we moved on to view a mini. We drove the particular mini which for a 1.2 engine was really quite peppy and even though it is a 4 year old car it only 7,700 miles on it so we figured the resale value is good and since we liked it we bought it. Our salesperson Asif was very good/pleasant to deal with so that was that. A very smooth effortless transaction. Thank you
I bought my new MINI from Cooper Croydon. They were excellent. Andy came in on his day off so I could collect my car without delay as soon as it arrived (central distribution - getting the car from factory to garage - had been less efficient). Very happy customer.
