The manager here was a complete an utter joke. He has no idea of how to speak to customers. And by looking at the type of customers he had, it seems that they could only speak to a limited type of person. He was extremely rude when we were speaking in plain English. Will never go there. If youre young and in that fam bruv kinda phase then this is the right place but if youre a family group thats mature and wants to go out and just have new experiences , I suggest you go somewhere with a little more class and respect.
Have been coming to Havana for years, and this spot is most definitely the best one out of all. Customer service is great, especially Tommy who is always helpful and goes above and beyond !
Great shisha and music. Overall nice vibe. Only down is that a guy always asked me for ID and I've been there few times... best place in Croydon for shisha.
