Absolutely great. It is a historic 150 years pub, the locals attending the place were very friendly. the highlight and star of it is John handling the bar and happy to tell the history of the pub. Truly Londoner pub centered on its roots - a must go if you are in the region.
A proper pub that serves a great pint, there's no breastfeeding mums drinking posh coffee in here! Friendly staff and customers make anyone welcome. Gets very very busy when Crystal Palace are home but that's a good sign!
