Went in for lunch. Lovely people in there. Staff were more than eager to help out. Quite noisy though, guess there was a Rugby match ongoing. Delicious meal. Very affordable. However, disabled bathroom isn't exactly suited for the disabled, not clean. But overall, was a lovely experience!!!
In the past I've only been here in the evenings with friends. Today had lunch during a break in a course and food arrived quickly.. there were few seats free but fully busy too. Staff were friendly. One customer was causing trouble showing and drinking from bottle bought elsewhere. Staff dealt with it calmly and firmly. It did not disturb my short break so I was pleased . Weatherspoon is always highly affordable but quality food.
Clean. Fast service. Good cheap food. Free tea/coffee top ups. Sexy little blonde waitress!
A place to take the strain of the day away. Lively lovely drinking hole. Also serve great food too. Don't miss happy hour, or is that hours!!!
Busy, centrally located pub in Croydon. We popped in for lunch having stayed at the Travelodge round the corner. Despite being very busy with the lunchtime crowd, we managed to get a table and get served quickly. I had a quinoa salad with roasted veg and partner had a chicken burger. Both meals were substantial and fairly tasty for standard pub fayre. They came out fast and hot which suited us as we had a train to catch back to Victoria so were on a time restraint. Partner had a pint with his meal and I had a lovely pink gin served with a strawberry. The facilities were clean and well stocked with the essentials. Would definitely use this pub again on our next stay.
