Hello,I am saddened by my experience in "Greggs" to-day. Whenever I had sandwiches before from here they always been of the highest quality.Unfortunately today my sandwich was distinctly poor quality. It was tasteless and I felt that the usual high standard had dropped massively.I am unsure if cuts have been made to ingredients but this was not of the excellence to which I have been accustomed.I found the staff rude to my disabled brother.PLEASE PLEASE IMPROVE.
