Elsa made a phenomenal cake for my sons wedding. A theee tiered epic with pecan and maple, cherry bakewell and chocolate. She also made a gluten free red velvet cake. Feedback from the gluten free brigade...the best gluten free cake theyd ever eaten! As for the main cake, wow! It looked amazing and tasted fantastic. All delivered fuss free to the venue. Definitely recommend Elsa for wedding cakes and presumably any other function where cake is needed!! Deb
We were so happy with our cake for our wedding, it was everything we had hoped for. We wanted something slightly different from the usual wedding cake but as soon as I met Elsa I knew she saw my vision as well! We had so many compliments on our cake on the day. Everyone said how beautiful it looked and how incredible it tasted, which we couldn't have agreed more with.
