It can be a bit difficult getting between platforms as you have to in some instances go quite a round about way between platforms. BUT I've always found that if i can get to East Croydon station I can always hop on another train to get to my destination, which, at the end of the day, is what I really want in a 'hub station'
A well maintained rail station. Polite people all around. Good parking.
Changing trains here? Forget about it. Every service seems to arrive on each platform randomly. One minute it could be platform 6, the next minute it could be platform 4.Don't even get me started on the rude, miserable staff who shouldn't even be working here since they hate their jobs so much apparently. Hire some people who actually want to help passengers.
One of the best stations I have been too. Also very good for trainspotting.
