Rude, unhelpful staff. Used to be really good in here. Now it's just a shambles.
Very unprofessional staff. Went in to pick up my physical copy of Smash but due to not being told that I would only get a digital code with my Smash bundle, the store assistant got angry at me for wasting his time searching the store room. At one point he literally waved me away as if I was a peasant. No other staff jumped in to deescalate the situation. Avoid this store at all costs, they do not deserve your business.

Brought a game from them, it had a problem loading as it was locked, called them for advice all they did was give me a number to India , which was no help at all, called them again and they were very unhelpful kept palming me off with other numbers, only wanted to change the game for another one, I gave up with them , so I tried Bromley as last resort completely different told me to bring the in and they will exchange it, cant believe it was the same company . So I found Croydon store very poor in customer service but Bromley store very helpful so will always go to Bromley from now on
