Refused to honour a Groupon voucher. Changed the t&c's after we bought it to say we couldn't now redeem on weekends. Trust. Broken.
Look beyond the exterior. I couldn't find the place, it looks like a hairdresser. It is in one of Croydon's shabbier bits, but the massage room was lovely, and the massage was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a massage here. And helpfully she stays open until 7 - so can fit in after work. Good firm massage and a friendly, professional service.
Booked a Deep Tissue Massage but did not get anything like it. Sent an email of complaint but no reply. Wrongful advertising
