James and all his colleagues are a wonderful team and they work very hard. They are friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. The car park is well managed, clean and safe. Excellent value for money and I highly recommend this car park.
Useful for the motorists in Croydon area as there is no free car park in this area, until midnight.
Watson, James and Diego are so helpful and friendly as parking hosts. I'd highly recommend this car park due to the level of customer care. It's also well lit, although the lifts are a bit creaky
I tried to leave the car park in a hurry and was not able to do so because my car would not start and I was running late for a meeting. I went to the office and was lucky enough to see one of your car park host Tiago. In less than 2 mins Tiago was on his way to my car to assist and I was on my way. To be honest I was getting a bit frustrated when the car would not start but Tiago made my day. Well done and thanks a bunch again Tiago. Please make sure the cameras on the two top floors are supporting the car park as they currently are pointing away from the area. I would not want Tiago to be at risk.
Always feel safe using this car park. Staff are really friendly. Especially Tiago. Really helpful. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.
