Open conversation area with a golf course inside. One of the largest common in London. Croydon at one end Surrounded by Mitcham, Pollards Hill, Carshalton and Beddington.

Good open spaces. No drama and completely enjoyable. Going back double quickly

Beautiful area of protected land. There are trees and small man made lakes in its boundaries. The area is quite wild with geese, rabbits, foxes and a wide range of wild birds. There are a variety of footpaths criss crossing the land which are very well maintained.
