Nice clean but machines pricey
It was quick and easy 5 in 1 coins for small washing machine 7.40 with 7 X 1 & 2 X 20p for large one. Dryers 1 for 10 minutes but you need old 1. The assistant can give you old 1 coins. Really hassle free.
Showed up 1hour 40 minutes before closing old bat behind counter refuses to let me do laundry only two people in the facility and all the machines were empty. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS FACILITY ABSOLUTELY THE WORST....
Took 2 bags if washing there 2 weeks ago and they washed it and gave one bag to someone else. Been told the person who had it had been in but hasn't returned clothes. No one had bothered to get their address or pick it uo for me. So now i am chasing them daily and being ignored. I was very patient to begin with but it had gone too far now. Was promised it would be replaced if not returned but instead i am having my phone calls and texts ignored. Never known anything like it. Please go somewhere else if you want a service wash returned to you.
I regularly use Wow Laundrette on Saturday afternoons & can only highly praise Joan who works there for her excellent service & helpfulness to customers.
