Extremely rude woman who says she is the manager. Is very ungrateful and talks over you. I was donating some furniture to them who her colleague had arranged to pick up after seeing photos. The rude manager made excuses why no one turned up for it. She would keep talking over me in a rude and aggressive manner. I have wasted an entire day waiting for this to be picked up which being so close to Xmas is very stressful. I will never again donate to these people as the British heart Foundation are grateful for donations and don't have rude foul mannered individuals dealing with the public. Absolutely disgraceful. This does not honour the fallen the manager desecrates their memory.
Friendly, professional and stuck to their word by calling me when on way to collect my donations. A positive experience; thank you.
I visited this shop about three months ago and it was very untidy and the staff was not very helpful. I have visited the shop last week and it has been transformed. The new manager is very helpful and went out of her way to suggest items that I would like. The prices are very reasonable and I can say the new staff is a credit to this charity shop.James Lynch
