Great store and excellent helpful staff, I was able to test the speakers in their demo room.
What can I say,The service and knowledge of these guys are second to none.I bought a Denon Av unit and couldn't get it set up properly so I called the store and after diagnosing my problem and trying to explain to me what to do Mark personally came to my home and set it all up for me.The patience of this guy is remarkable...After he left it stopped working again and as it turns out it was my leads from my old Av unit all along,But,Mark came back on the next available time slot he had and sorted out the problem again for us.Like I said before,Mark and the guys from the Croydon store are second to none and I can't fault them in any way whatsoever,So Mark if you read this,Well done mate,Appreciate what you did and as discussed I'll be back in to see you about my new tv very soon.
Every time I want to purchase a TV, Stereo equipment etc, I look in a lot of online shops, but always come back to richer sounds, there prices are great and you get a free 5 year warranty, I have even taken an item back after 4 years 3 months and it was replaced without any problems. Also it is nice to go to a store where the staff actually know what they are talking about, the guys in the Croydon store are great as is the customer service. As the saying goes, "I'll be back'. Very helpful and professional staff but it's just a tiny shop so not much on display although they have more stock out back. Would use again but if you like to see your item before you buy ring to check if on display. 3 stars due to lack of display due to shop size
