According to these jokers diagnostic prices are dependant on the make of car and when I mentioned this to a garage they found it hilarious. I explained that I had a fault with the electric handbrake and he assured me the car would need a whole new module but when I took it to a proper auto Electrician all it actually needed was resetting.also you may waste a whole day waiting for someone to come only to be dissapointed so avoid at all costs as there are plenty of honest and reliable auto sparkies out there..shocking.
I took my car twice to an accident repair company because my cars cigarette lighter stopped working, after they worked on my car following a road accident. They tried twice to repair the cigarette lighter but could not find the source of the problem. I was then advised that I would have to bring my car back a third time because it would take them hours to investigate the issue and complete the job. I was also advised that I would have to leave my car with them and pick it up hours later. I wasnt too keen on doing that and so they decided to refer me directly to Vernon. Vernon called me the next day in the morning, came the same day and completed the job within 10 to 15 minutes, whilst I was there, saving me a lot of time and hassle (i.e. dropping off my car, using a poor public transport in the area where Ill have to go to collect my car, etc.). Vernon also gave me advice on preventing the same issue from reoccurring. I was well impressed!I was really pleased because I was travelling to Paris the next day and I always use my cigarette lighter to listen to music, use my sat nav and charge my phone. Vernon was very professional, efficient, pleasant and also had a great sense of humour. Vernon is obviously a master of his craft, making the work he does look effortless. I will definitely recommend Vernon and I will use his services again.

I have had an on going electrical problem with my car for 1 year now. It has already been to garage who did not fix it correctly (but charged me a lot). Vernan (H & V Auto Electrical) identified the problem in minutes and it was completely fixed in a few more minutes, very impressed! Also his pricing is more than reasonable, definitely cheaper than garages. I am absolutely delighted!
I would like to acknowledge this mans kindness. My mother booked him in to look at her rover 100 that was not starting. She explained she could not pay him until the following week. He none the less booked the job in for the following day and got the vehicle started. He did not charge her and said the cup of tea she had made him was enough. amazing!!
