The food & drink is pricey. Very packed on weekends. But it's great fun if that's what you're into.

Not as up to date in regards to technology as other branches. Bowling was fine. Table tennis is 4 for 30 minutes which is quite expensive but this may be down to head offices pricing so cannot fault the branch even more. All in all the family had a good time bowling.

Was fun at first spending money on the arcade machines as we all do all for the sake of winning tickets for our kids but the staff just don't care at all. My experience after playing a few games was a 20 minute wait to claim a price worth about 99p for my kid I ended up leaning over getting it my self and leaving the staff my ticket just to be stopped at the door saying that "you can't do that please return your prize and leave the building" if your planning on going here be prepared to spend alot of money and to be ignored by the staff and wait a lifetime for the poor service you end up getting its just a joke

These guys are seriously over worked and you need more staff My review could well have been 5 if you had more stuff and didn't put the few you have under so much pressure Saturday night and the place was heaving trouble is there are so many people in the line that even if you have booked you are waiting behind dozens of people with everyone taking it out on the man behind the counter Not to mention the poor manager who was hear there and everywhere with drinks spilt, lanes not working , arcade rides breaking/taking money and not working Nobody offered us bowling shoes and our lane took a good 20 min to even get working our time was booked at 8 and we didn't manage to start until 8.45. You need to support the staff trying to work there hardest.

This bowling alley is a total rip-off, with very rude staff. The sweet vending machines are 50p each and I put 50p in for the chocolate mini eggs and keep repeatedly getting 5 Mini Eggs. I paid for 5 people for 2 games they charged me 75 and they wouldn't even put the barriers down. They said you either have them up or down. The change machines and the cash machine has all run out of change and notes. They don't care that customer services is absolutely awful full stop if you fancy a really rubbish day out to be ripped off you're better off walking through the door throwing 70 through the front door and walking away because believe me that experience will be a lot better than what you have to endure in there full stop give it a massive swerve
