In the evening I went to the place with my mum and aunt and i experienced very unprofessional behaviour due to Zubaida not even letting us know the reason she could not speak to us as thats what her daughter in law told us that she is not home however we knew she was home but didnt want to serve us.
Such a horrible customer service! First time, when we called her to book an appointment, she was behaving like she is the most busiest person on this planet. To book an appointment, different days and times, we advised her but she was keep refusing then at the end she finally accepted Fridays evening time - 6:00 pm which was also convenient for me and my friend because we can go there after work. No reminder call, text or an appointment confirmation notification, nothing was sent by her. The distance from my place to her house is 35 minutes by car and from my friends house is nearly an hour. On the day, we finished our work at 5:00pm and then rushed to attend this appointment. We were not familiar with her area so we missed the 2 exits and were lost in that area because of darkness then again after struggling finally we reached there at 6:23pm, 20 - 25 minutes late. Two to three times, we rang the door bell but no body opened it, we waited there for 7 minutes for some one to answer then I saw her through the glass door that infront of us she went upstairs. After few minutes then her daughter in law opened the door and said that now she is unable to see us because we are nearly half an hour late so she refused to provide her services at this time. We requested her that we came from very far, please call her and talk with us but she refused to come downstairs. We only went there to find out about the treatment which when we asked her over the phone, she replied that she will tell us when we come to her salon. Onwards, my friend had a plan to book some sessions with her for the treatment. Her single room salon is in her house and on Friday, the closing time is 7:00 pm. We were before the closing time. The daughter in law told us to come another time or to make another appointment. We requested her to call her, she was calling her and the phone was ringing upstairs. We thanked her for all this behaviour and will not going to repeat this horrible experience with Zubaida again. Very disappointed by her mannerism

Zubaida was very nice and welcoming. I felt at ease during the treatment. I highly recommend her. Good value for money.
Completely unprofessional. Phoned up first time to enquire about an appointment having seen so many good reviews however was poorly greeted with a simple "hello" and then asked to phone back to which I asked to be phoned back when was convenient for them. I was never phoned back, so phoned back again and was given the same unprofessional greeting and nothing else. They have lost my business and could learn a thing or two about customer service skills!
